Diese Verordnung gilt für die Schul- und Sportanlagen der Einwohnergemeinde Münchenbuchsee und regelt die Voraussetzungen und Bedingungen der Benützung ausserhalb der Schulzeit.
Tipps zur Gestaltung von Vertragsgrundlagen für die Nutzung von Fremdgrundstücken und Sportanlagen durch Sportvereine

Das vorliegende Dokument wurde 2010 vom LandesSportBund (LSB) Nordrhein-Westfalen herausgegeben.
Darin legt der LSB die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten von Nutzung von Sportanlagen durch Sportvereine dar und stellt für jede Nutzungsart Vertragsvorlagen zur Verfügung. Unter der Voraussetzung, dass Schweizer Miet- und Pachtrechts berücksichtigt werden, können diese Vorlagen auch hierzulande verwendet werden.
Die Verordnung regelt die Gebühren für die städtischen Badebetriebe in Thun; diese sind das Strandbad Lachen und das Flussbad Schwäbis.

La presente ordinanza disciplina l’utilizzazione dei seguenti impianti sportivi comunali:
a) campi di calcio
b) palestre e relative attrezzature esterne
c) bagno pubblico
d) piste di pattinaggio
